2. Account & Membership
AstoDating offers three membership types:
- Free Membership – Basic access with limited features.
- Basic Membership – Additional connection and messaging tools.
- Premium Membership – Full access including video chat, advanced matching, and enhanced visibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AstoDating for any illegal or harmful activities.
- Impersonate another person or share false information.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Upload or share explicit or copyrighted content without permission.
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access our system.
- Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Subscription & Payments
Premium features require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, messages) but grant AstoDating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for platform operation and promotion.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. AstoDating reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer
AstoDating provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches or relationships through our service.
8. Limitation of Liability
AstoDating is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or third-party conduct.
9. International Use
Our platform is accessible globally. You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of AstoDating.
